Contract type

Fixed-term contract, with duration of 6 months ; renewable.

Prerequisites

Job is based in Brussels. Hybrid workplace type.

(Belgian citizenship or work permit required to apply).

Your mission

• You will leverage your past experience to support clients facing their digital challenges;
• You will work as an analyst and join an experienced team on an ongoing mission at one of our clients in the Logistic-Aviation industry;
• You will conduct the functional analysis to gather business needs and requirements, developing the functional documentation, and perform testing-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and requirements;
• Analyze and understand client data;
• Provide accurate insights to the team;
• Transcribe insights into functional requirements;
• Create test scenarios and test cases;
• Follow the Test Plan according client’s instructions;
• Execute tests, analyze and document the results;
• Follow up on defects monitoring and resolution;
• Communicate all risks and problems encountered adequately.
• Improve existing business processes;
• Apply client’s internal processes;

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Computer Sciences or equivalent;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Functional and Testing Analyst roles, ideally in Logistics and/or Aviation;
• Data analysis: analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights;
• Critical thinking: ability to question, test assumptions and recognize ambiguity;
• Problem solving: define business process to solve problems;
• Decision making: examine, interpret, evaluate, reason, and reflect to make informed decisions;
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills;
• Experience in business project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
